We moved from Washington and were told from some coworkers at my husband’s new job to call Yvette. From the moment we met her I knew she "got it". She was sweet and personable to our kids, and understanding when all of us needed to trek and see some houses together. Yvette was super sweet when one of my daughters lost a tooth at a house showing!
Yvette helped us hone in on where we wanted to be, and saw house after house with us. I'm not lying, we saw over 60 houses in 2 months!! It was crazy. But she wasn't ever bothered by the continued looking, she was patient and kind. And by the 30th house or so she could tell too just by walking in if it was a possibility or not. Yvette was always reachable too, and if she had a day or time that had a conflict (twice it happened in our time) she was right on it and got another agent to help me. She always checked in and never made me feel like I was bothering her.
We went through bidding and getting turned down on 3 houses before getting ours with Yvette. That was new to us. Even though we had bought two houses before, one in San Francisco, we hadn't ever had an offer turned down! It was a frustrating and humbling experience. But it shaped our path and here I sit in my new home today.
